  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Items used, worn, broken, or scratched

  • Jewellery exposed to water, perfume, sweat, or chemicals

  • Products bought on clearance or special offers

  • Customized orders

  • Free gifts or combo-based products

7-Day Exchange Window

​You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

📦 Conditions for Exchange

To qualify for an exchange, the item must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In original packaging

  • With all tags intact

  • Complete with box, pouch, and accessories

  • Wrong product received

  • Damaged product received

  • Manufacturing defect

  • Size/fit issue (for bangles, bracelets, rings)

Exchange Is Accepted For:

Products returned without the original packaging cannot be accepted.

  • Contact us on WhatsApp / Email within 7 days

  • Share your order number + issue details + unboxing video

  • Our team will verify and approve the request

  • Ship the item back to us using any courier

  • Once received, we dispatch your replacement
